- laundry with washing machine - new bathroom
- Outdoor pergola area with gas BBQ
- Very close to Tuggerah Lake and the The Entrance
Town Centre
Pricing:
January - $1000 per a week.
School Holidays - $1000 per week.
Long Weekends - $150 per night,
minimum 2 nights. 3 nights only $380.
Weekdays (Monday to Thursday)
- $100 per night, minimum 2 nights.
Weekends - $120 per night,
minimum 2 nights. 3 nights only $300.
4 day midweek
special (Monday to Thursday) only $300.
Conditions:
A $200 deposit is required and refundable
after inspection. House must be cleaned and no damage
to furniture and property. Must bring you own linen
and toiletries.
